From Lived Healing to Holding Others, Fully and Gently

Founded by Erfaneh, a name rooted in the Person word Erfan meaning inner wisdom, Mehr Place is a sanctuary shaped by lived experience, deep listening, and a love for human connection. What began as an inner pull toward healing has become a space where others can feel supported, grounded, and safe to return to themselves.

Erfaneh’s Story. A Calling Answered.

From engineering to motherhood to healing, Erfaneh’s path has been guided by intuition, creativity, and a deep respect for the inner world.

Born in Iran and now based in Australia, Erfaneh’s journey has woven together psychology, art, spirituality, and motherhood. Her transition into Breathwork and women’s circles felt like coming home, a natural extension of her ability to hold space, listen deeply, and guide others with warmth and care.

The Meaning of Mehr:
Sun, Love, Compassion, Covenant.

The name Mehr holds deep cultural and personal meaning. Representing warmth, kindness, and the light that gently guides healing.

In Persian culture, Mehr symbolises love, compassion, and the sun. It is also the name of a meaningful month connected to family, heritage, and warmth. In ancient tradition, Mehr (or Mitra) is known as the keeper of sacred covenant—a solar presence that witnesses truth, nurtures trust, and holds harmony within and between us. Mehr Place carries this energy: soft yet powerful, grounding yet expansive, offering a sanctuary shaped by culture, heart, and deep intention
